    Q: Are originals truly one-of-one?

    A: Yes. Every original Fine Stein Art painting is created entirely by hand and is a true one-of-a-kind piece. Once an original sells, it will never be recreated.

    Q: Will you ever repaint or remake an original?

    A: No. We never duplicate originals. Each painting is prayerfully created and stands alone as its own unique work of art.

    Q: What types of prints do you offer?

    A: All Fine Stein Art prints are museum-quality giclée reproductions available on:
    • Enhanced Matte Fine-Art Paper
    • Hahnemühle German Etching (Museum Grade)
    • 38mm Gallery-Depth Stretched Canvas

    Each print is individually inspected for accuracy before packaging.

    Q: Will prints always be available?

    A: Yes. Our intention is to keep prints available indefinitely, even after the original sells.
    If a specific size or paper is ever discontinued by our printing partners, we will update the listing with the closest available alternative.

    Q: How accurate are the prints compared to the original?

    A: Giclée prints capture excellent color accuracy, detail, and tonal depth. While prints do not include physical brush texture, the color reproduction is extremely faithful to the original artwork.

    A ready-to-hang, hand-stretched canvas with a bold gallery profile. Printed with archival inks and perfect for statement wall art.

    FRAMING RECOMMENDATIONS

    Prints arrive unframed so you may choose a style that fits your home.
    We recommend using acid-free mats and UV-protective glass for longevity.

    Prints & Canvas Orders
    All prints and canvases are professionally produced and drop shipped through Prodigi, our fine-art printing partner. Prodigi automatically routes your order to the production facility closest to your location (U.S., U.K., EU, Canada, etc.) to ensure faster delivery and consistent museum-quality results.

    Each print is made to order. Production times may vary depending on the item and season.

    Original Paintings
    Original artworks are shipped directly from our studio. Each piece is carefully packaged, insured, and shipped with protective materials to ensure safe arrival.

    Shipping Timeframes
    • Prints and canvases typically ship within the standard production window provided by Prodigi.
    • Original paintings ship once securely packaged and verified.
    • Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

    A: Prints are shipped rolled or flat depending on size, protected with archival-safe materials to ensure safe delivery.

    A: Originals are professionally wrapped, reinforced, and shipped in fully insured packaging with signature confirmation.

  • RETURNS & DAMAGE POLICY

    Returns & Exchanges
    Because originals are one-of-a-kind and prints are created to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

    If Your Order Arrives Damaged
    Your satisfaction matters. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the artwork
    • Photos of the packaging

    We will replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.

    Q: Should I buy shipping insurance for original paintings?

    A: No — all original artworks are automatically shipped fully insured at no extra cost to you. We handle the insurance, protective packaging, and shipping process so your piece arrives safely. A signature may be required upon delivery.

    Lost or Missing Packages
    If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier or our print partner to determine the next steps. Please allow reasonable time for tracking updates.

    COLOR ACCURACY

    Every print is inspected for color accuracy. Minor variations may occur due to screen differences.
